  3. Consideration for a closed session is necessary for those items exempted under open sessions according to Wisconsin State Statutes §19.85(1)(c)(e). Included under these items are discussion and potential action regarding the procedure to implement to review employment concerns regarding an individual employee and the performance of employee(s) which may involve the disclosure of employee performance record information and deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business.
