2024-25 School District of Maple prices:
- Elementary School – Breakfast $1.55, Lunch $3.15
- Middle School and High School – Breakfast $1.55, Lunch $3.40
- Adult Meals – Breakfast $2.30, Lunch $4.25
- Reduced Meals – Breakfast $0.30, Lunch $0.40
Extra milk is $0.50 for students and adults. Students in grades K-5 who are eligible for free or reduced meals are also eligible for free milk under the Wisconsin Morning Milk Program.
These prices will be in effect beginning with the first day that lunches are served during the 2024-25 school year.
All parents/guardians are urged to complete the form sent home with students or apply on Skyward to see if your student may qualify for free or reduced breakfast and lunch.
Instructions for Filling out the Online Free and Reduced Meal Application:
- Login to Family/Student Access in Skyward
- Click the Food Service tab.
- Click the Applications link.
- Click Add Application.
- A letter explaining the application process displays; click Next after reading the letter.
- After reading all the information and instructions, if you wish to continue, select the checkbox acknowledging that you have read the instructions and click Next.
- Review the Federal Income Chart and select the box if you do not qualify for benefits or do not wish to continue. Click Next.
- Read the Privacy Act Statement and any other statements, such as the Non-discrimination Statement; click Next.
- Enter all household members. This includes all guardians, your student’s, and children under school age. Select the appropriate boxes and click Next.
- A validation message will appear, asking you to verify that the household members listed do not have income.
- If appropriate, enter the benefit information, and click Next.
- Enter the Total Household Gross Income information, and click Next. Note: Based on the household information provided earlier, names were copied into this section. Review the names and remove them, if necessary, based on the application instructions.
- Sign the application and enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The signature you provide will be an electronic signature.
- After the application has been submitted, you will have the ability to update, view and/or print the application.
- Important: You will only be able to update a pending application, once the application has been approved or denied, the application can no longer be updated.
