9. Consideration for an executive session is necessary for those items exempted under open sessions according to Wisconsin State Statutes §19.85(1)(a)(f) as well as 120.13(1)(c) the Board will discuss the potential conditional early reinstatement of an expelled student. 
   Also according to Wisconsin State Statutes §19.85(1)(c) and (f) for the purpose of discussion and potential action regarding the procedure to implement to review employment concerns regarding an individual employee and the performance of employee(s) which may involve the disclosure of employee performance record information.
