COMMUNITY-WIDE SURVEY COMING
Over the past year, the School District of Maple has worked to develop a long-range facilities plan, with the goal of keeping academic standards high for all students and to keep our buildings in working order. We are at a point where we are requesting your input.
The School District of Maple encourages all community members to participate in the upcoming community-wide survey to provide direction on addressing significant District facilities challenges. There are facility needs that are too expensive to be paid for by the District’s annual budget.
In November, every household will receive a survey in their mailbox, giving every District resident an opportunity to provide feedback on plans to address the challenges facing the School District of Maple.
HOW TO LEARN MORE
- VISIT the District website to follow the long-range facilities planning journey, including the facilities assessment that was conducted in 2025.

- PARTICIPATE by taking the survey, to be mailed to every District household.
COMPLETE THE SURVEY BY NOVEMBER 21 ONE OF TWO EASY WAYS:
- BY MAIL
- Complete your paper copy of the survey and return it using the enclosed postage-paid envelope.
- ONLINE
- Visit the survey website and enter your unique access code found on the front of the survey you received in the mail.
