2. Report on how the public was notified.
3. Approval of the January 27, 2023 special meeting agenda open and executive sessions.
4. Consideration to move to an executive session is necessary for those items exempted under open sessions according to Wisconsin State Statutes §19.85(1)(c)(e)(f). Included under this item is candidate selection and contract for the superintendent vacancy 2023-25.
   1. Reconvene to open session.
5. Approval of employment and contract for the new Superintendent 2023-25.
