Welcome to the Facility Use page for the School District of Maple. 

Use Our Online Reservation System to Reserve Facilities

Step 1: Read District Use of Facilities Policy by Clicking Here

Step 2: Apply to Become a Requester by Clicking Here

Step 3: Wait for your approval email

Step 4: Submit the application a minimum of seven working days prior to the activity.  Large events require a minimum of 30 days advance notice. 

Step 5: Provide Current Insurance Liability Form before your first use date. No Liability shall attach to this District, any employee, officer, or member of this District specifically as a consequence of permitting access to these facilities.

Note: Facility use will not be allowed without current liability insurance on file with the School District of Maple. All individual/group/organization are required to have a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $500,000 liability coverage that identifies the School District of Maple as the certificate holder for all persons and activity/events. Contact Stacy Pooler (715)363-2434 ext 2001 if you'd like to check on the status of your liability insurance or if you have questions about facility use.

To submit your current liability insurance

  • Attach it to your requester application

  • Email to: spooler@nw-tigers.org

  • Drop off or mail:

Step 6: Once approved as a requester, log in to your account to place Facilities requests.

Step 7: Wait for email of approval/denial of your facilities request.  To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click on the request history tab.

Step 8: When a request has been approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requester. Sign the electronic contract with the pin you created in your account.

Facility use time slots for gyms are as follows: 6:00-7:30 pm and 7:30-9:00 pm.

Use of any school district facility is only permitted if a confirmed facility use request is on file.  Requests must be made no less than 2 business days prior to requested date and time.

Please remember that gym time can only be requested in 1.5 hour increments, and only after 6:00 pm during the week.
